I learned about this idea in Cal Newport’s book, Deep Work, and it blew my mind. I was so intrigued that I immediately researched what it means to embrace boredom, talked to my friends about it, and went on a little experimental trip to understand this idea more.

I knew it was revolutionary and yet, I instantly rejected it.

Embrace boredom! But why? How? Who even?!

What I’ve learned through research and experience has drastically changed how I feel about my daily life and wouldn’t you believe, has made maintaining weight loss *even easier*.
