The holidays shouldn't be a time when you spend precious moments with your family agonizing over all that weight you're going to gain this season. And it definitely shouldn't be a time where we say, "Forget it!" to our big goal either.

With my top 4 tips, now you won't have to do either! You'll be able to go through the holiday season without worrying about gaining weight or giving it all up until after the new year.
