Your thoughts matter. The quality of your thoughts matters even more.
In this episode, we'll be discussing the effects thinking & thoughts have on your weight loss journey.
We'll start with how to build awareness around your current thoughts so you can decide if your most prominent thoughts are quality thoughts, meaning are they creating the kinds of results you want on your weight loss journey (and in your life in general!).
I'll share with you an example in my own maintenance journey wherein I found I was creating a result I didn't want and used the exercises I give you in this episode to find the thoughts, create space and awareness for myself, and then create some new quality thoughts to think.
Wouldn't it be amazing for your brain to be an enjoyable place to spend time? Creating and thinking quality thoughts is a good start to having that kind of brain space.
