Last week we covered how gratitude and weight loss are related. This week we're covering connection and weight loss.

It's basically a part 2 as we're going deep into how something like the feeling of belonging, that seems like it's not related to the number on the scale, is in fact correlated to your relationship with food and your weight loss journey.

So many of the reasons we overeat are actually symptoms of not living the life we really want to. In today's episode, I'll show you the connection between feeling lonely and disconnected from the world and your weight loss journey.

Some of the things we'll cover today you may not have even realized might be affecting your weight loss journey, so listen in and see if this applies to you.
