In this episode, I'm giving you permission to prioritize weight loss, emotional eating, body love, and/or your health journey (we're grouping them all in with weight loss coaching for the purposes of this episode and topic).
I would have wanted someone to give me this podcast when I first started my journey so I recorded this for you.
We're talking about the two reasons weight loss coaching is more important than, or as important as, anything else you're working on in your life.
Just a reminder, I'm a proponent of doing two big things at once. You can hear more about that in an earlier episode.
I'm on a mission to change the narrative around prioritizing our body and ourselves no matter what else we're doing in our lives.
So do two things at once AND here's your permission to prioritize your weight loss and health journey above it all.
My goal is for Life Coaches to be as excited to work on their body, relationship with their body, relationship with food, and their health as they are to work on their business.
In this episode, we'll talk about why that's so important *and beneficial* for you, your business, and your life.
