You read that title correctly. We’re talking all about how to have fun on your weight loss journey.
Why not?! Whoever says you can’t have fun losing weight is someone I would no longer take advice from (kidding, but also not..).
If you can have fun doing the hardest things in your life like raising kids, building a six figure business, climbing tall things, and sky diving, then you can have fun getting to your weight loss goal.
In today’s episode, I’ll share with you my personal philosophy on why weight loss is fun, how it can actually help you hit your weight loss goal by having fun, and three ways to have fun on your weight loss journey starting right now.
