I go in-depth with you on what it means to have a 50/50 experience on your weight loss journey and how to avoid adding any unnecessary suffering in your life on your way to your dream goal weight.

Throughout the episode, I share with you examples of what a 50/50 journey might be like to lose weight, but I also implore you to consider what your 50/50 is and to make peace with that.
