In comparison, we talk about “we’ll see” energy, in which you doubt yourself and your end goal, and feel that low-level disappointment all along on your journey.

I’ll show you why your brain shies away from being in “it’s done” energy, what to do about it, and why I don’t recommend losing weight any other way.

Lastly, I’ll take you through an example when I went through a hard goal/challenge and decided to be in “it’s done” energy anyway, and how that did a 180 on my relationship with myself and setting goals.
