Welcome to episode 8 of the podcast!

We’re talking all about goals in this episode. We’re coaches so of course we love growing & goals! And now I’m giving you the opportunity to double down on that love in the short-term and long-term!

In episode 3, we talked about how to set a weight loss goal. In this episode, we’re diving even deeper into goals and breaking them down between short-term and long-term and why both are so important and useful on your weight loss journey.

I recommend setting a long-term goal, whether it’s weight loss, body love or confidence, strength or endurance, or health-related. Listen in for the three reasons I recommend long-term goals and how to use them to live the life you really want.

I recommend setting short-term goals to learn how to experiment, test solutions, double up on celebrating, and evaluate (and of course to make hitting your long-term goal a no-brainer).

We’ll dive even deeper into the purposes of short-term and long-term goals in the episode and I’ll share with you my own weight loss and health goals for examples.
