Sept 2005 Scott saids "QUARANTINE" those "few" that have and have been exposed to a newer and drug resistant strain of the AIDS virus and is "widespread and rapidly spreading" to prevent the spread via the same mistakes that the C.D.C. made when confronted with the original outbreak in the 1981 when they (C.D.C.) identified PATIENT ONE, and the list of his lovers and those exposed to the (then) mystery virus, BUT DIDN'T!
