2005 TBD   Scott talks openly about the Southern/Mexican Board..Should there be a "Bounty" on those breaking the law? Or.. Is Scott the ONLY ONE who has flipped this issue over and taken another??.. 1- Enforcing the Board is what Mexican's need to pressure the native population to force change in there own country? 2- By "Not" enforcing the law regarding illegal immigration (e.g. ejecting those "illegals"), weakens the America's fortitude, work ethic and backbone of our (America's) Youth, hence Our Future?!  And lastly, overall cost and unsustainable drain economics of this nation.  Thus, a nationwide Bounty...Yes?  or No??
