On today's episode I have the pleasure to interview entrepreneur and Director of Operations - Jenn Geneve. Jennifer Geneve is a married, mom of two, an entrepreneur - both as Director of Operations at LaVigne Natural Skincare where she works with her mom Linda who founded the company in 2003, as well as owning a custom cabinetry and renovations business with her husband, David.
A couple years back, Jenn found herself unsatisfied with how she was running her life and hit the pause button. A decision to take time to look for what was missing, and improve what didn’t feel right, has changed a number of aspects of her life, including a daily hiking and running streak that began August 21, 2020, which she has continued for nearly 700 days straight. Exercise and other consistent healthy habits have brought Jenn more energy, a higher level of self confidence, and a big desire to give back to others who might be feeling that something is missing for them.
