This week I thought I lost contact with grandma again and it truly broke my heart but she reached out and im glad she is some what ok. I ask for prayers her way so she can find the resources she needs to get her out of her situation. Then yesterday I found out a friend from a decade ago passed away and that just broke my heart, people who knew her still held the hope she would get the help she needed before this happens.
