What is the one thing that is the most important in your life? What is the one thing you must protect, cherish & nurture, and value the most?
Mine is time… MY TIME is the most important thing to me.
And guess what? Yours is time as well. There is nothing more precious, more important than your time. You are given 24 hours a day, 365 days a year an average of 80-85 years if you are lucky. It has a limit, it ends… therefore what you do with your seconds, and minutes counts the most.
I can hear people saying what about health, family, happiness…
No not health, not wealth, not mindset, not your children, not happiness… YOUR TIME on this earth is the only thing that matters. It is the base of it all. You have to have time to build and enjoy your health, you have to have time to pass it with your family, and you have to have time to create and honour happiness and joy. TIME is gold, time is the only wealth that we all have.
Take time away, you have nothing left.
So, in this episode, I will share with you five ways of expanding your time by protecting it and optimising your relationship with it. These are the practices I have learnt, discovered, tried and adopted to ensure that I spend every single second, and minute of my day and life with intention.
