With the knowledge of contributors from episode #1, we now deep dive into ways in which we can enhance our understanding of how we are creating our identity, therefore opening up the potential to shift it. We discuss some steps to enhance our self awareness and reveal the value of pushing our own boundaries. By deliberately breaking through our everyday selves and the habits we cling to, we discover new and unexplored ground. This give us more freedom to evolve and change as we see fit.
