Jon McLernon is no stranger to leveling-up his mindset to achieve peak performance. As founder of Freedom Nutrition Coaching, Coach Jon, as he is known, teaches people how to lose 50-80+ lbs. by focusing on "brain-driven" weight loss where he marries the science of metabolism with the psychology of behavior and the compassion of human connection to create life-changing transformations for his clients. This work is particularly relevant to Coach Jon, as he, himself, lost more than 100 lbs. and has kept it off. Prior to entering the nutrition and weight loss coaching space, he spent time as a nanotechnology research chemist, a Navy marine engineer, a globetrotting nomad, a powerline technician, and an oilfield heavy equipment operator.
