In 1985, the band, Fleetwood Mac, released a song entitled, “Jumping at Shadows,” which is a song about feelings of insignificance and regret of a life not lived to the fullest. It’s also a metaphor that, when we jump at shadows, we tend to be afraid of small or inconsequential things that we really shouldn’t be scared by. But when we focus on those things, when we jump at shadows, we risk not living a joyful, fulfilled life.
Fortunately, there is a systematic approach that allows you to assess risk based on our tolerance of or aversion to risk to level-up your mindset and achieve your greatest desires and make your dreams come true. The question is: What risks are you willing to take?
