You've probably heard the adage: There are two constants in life: death and taxes. While death and taxes are, in fact, constants, time is another one because time is fixed. We all get the same 86,400 seconds, 1,440 minutes, and 24 hours each day. What isn't fixed, however, is how much energy we have from minute-to-minute, day-to-day, which is why an alternative way of being able to achieve peak performance is for each of us to do a better job managing our energy rather than managing our time. A starting point is to identify how much time per day we can perform at our peak by being highly energized and laser focused. From there, we can define how many things we can do excellently and make sure to do the most important things first. And we also need to engage in habits that promote energy or, at least, help us reboot and recharge. Each of these points, and much more, are outlined in this episode. Thank you for joining the conversation!
