From an early age, we learn about cause-and-effect relationships and, to keep things simple in our minds, we like to point to singular causes and singular effects. More often than not, however, there are multiple causes that have multiple effects. Imagine what life would be like if you made a decision right now to shift the causes that can bring about new and different effects, such as shifting habitual thought patterns or making changes to your environment. The ability to take responsibility to new and different ways of being is nearly endless and brings about different effects because you changed the causes. And knowing that each of us is responsible for the effects, or outcomes, in our lives, we get to choose the causes and this episode unpacks ways to level-up our mindset to realize better effects and to achieve peak performance. Thank you for joining the conversation!
