What is going on guys it is CJ Flood from side hustle start up tonight we are talking about something a little bit different to what we normally do we are talking about the physical side of what it is that we actually do in our day to day morning routines I’m gonna walk you through exactly what it is that I do in my morning routine why it is that I do it that way what are the benefits why do I actually spend the time doing it that way not just jump straight into work see believe it or not that you probably don’t realise how important that first hour from when you wake up actually is because the thing is we often just jump straight on our phones or we just go and make a cup of coffee it doesn’t matter what it is that is your vice for lack of a better word but the thing that you gotta understand is if you are not Deliberate and intentional with your time in the morning you’re actually majorly majorly cause yourself to have a much harder day it is absolutely off the charts how much of a bad day for lack of a better word I have when I don’t do my morning routine or are you just do it half fast it is by science that I do these things and I’m gonna share them with you inside of this episode
