We are taught to be still before God and rest. Pray from the place of rest at all times, worry adds nothing, cast all your cares on the lord, hold on to His word and take rest in Him. Rest is a sign of faith and trust in God, your rest is a show of your faith in God. Know how to rest even in the midst of the storm.
