One of the beautiful things about running our businesses online is that we have so many opportunities for connection building. They range from quick moments to more impactful interactions, but each one is very important. And if we aren't intentional about how we show up to the connection driving moments, we might actually end up hurting our reputations a lot more than we think.
Don't forget there's a human on the other side of the screen.
