"Authority," "Community," "Value," "Streamline," and "ROI." These words have real concrete definitions, but when we start using them in every single post, story, sales page, and conversation without knowing precisely what we want to convey, the words turn into mush. They obscure our message and muddy our points. I've been struggling with this a lot recently, as have my clients, so I want to bring this topic to you today.
