We are back with week 4 in our series about Mark Sisson's 10 laws of the primal blueprint. Today Lucas and TK chatted about one of the most important things about being a human, moving. Movement is quickly falling out of favor in the modern world and the results are alarming, people are loosing flexibility, they are getting out of shape, they are depressed, and a lot of that comes from not using their bodies in accordance with their design.
