The idea of working out at the gym is a very modern one, to our ancestors that would have seemed crazy.  But in the modern world people have a lot less opportunities to use their muscles and their bodies properly.  Lifting heavy things is one of the most effective ways to use your body and get your muscles firing to their maximum potential, it is also a great way to maintain a nice physique and stay strong.  

In today's episode, Lucas and TK were chatting about some of the primal origins of humans' need to lift heavy things and some of the mistakes modern humans make when doing so.
