Our modern world tends to challenge the nourishment of our heart fire. 

But, tuning into your heart fire and tending to it regularly is just as important for the upkeep of your health and well-being as eating well and exercising are.

In this meditation we will focus on the habits and experiences that nourish your heart fire, those that light you up, that create warmth throughout your being, that make you feel truly alive and allow you to shine your light into the world around you. These are the things that nourish your heart fire and they are what allow you to live from a place of deep love, understanding, compassion and gratitude~ to move through the challenging times with more ease and to cultivate joy, excitement, pleasure

This  guided mediation is intended to support you through tending to your heart fire. I invite you to return this practice regularly.
