Over the last 2 years, I have practised the routines mentioned in this podcast while it certainly has not been easy there had been progress.
It's a constant challenge to get good quality and adequate sleep to help us deal with stress, recharge, recover and optimise the most natural performance enhancers available too us all for free by doing the basics and getting to bed at a regular time and waking up when the sun rises.
