-              Being honest when that happens 

-              If you act on those internalizations think about the consequences of how you are responding

-              Decisions that you can trust yourself with

Practicing radical acceptance - that some things are out of your control 

              There Is a certain aspect of life we are in control of and not control of

Navigating the space of the things you can not control

⁃             Think about it (not ruminate) before you act 

⁃             Practice the acceptance to let it go, so you dont become caught up or overwhelmed with it

⁃             Which of the paths am I able to choose -I know I cant spiral (fork in the road kind of analogy)

What is it that I want in this situation 

⁃             How to not use outside things as an excuse for the things that I do and say and my own actions

⁃             Were self reflection comes in

Think about consequences -> be ready to deal with the consequences
