Andrew Victor is the Chief of Cheam First Nation, Pastor for Chilliwack Native Pentecostal Church, Council Member with First Nations Health Council, Father, and Husband. Previous to becoming Chief of Cheam First Nation, Andrew served as a Council Member. Andrew also serves as a Council member with the First Nations Health Council, which is a provincial-level political and advocacy organization that is representative of and accountable to BC First Nations. As well, Mr. Victor received his Bachelor's of Arts in Intercultural/Multicultural and Diversity Studies at Prairie College in Alberta Canada.
