Josiah and Nate ask the question: "Do we allow ourselves to be human?" God made us with real emotions and to be truly human. Perfection is not what we are called to and we are always growing and journeying through the process but do we allow ourselves to do so? As leaders often we can set the people we lead up for failure if we don't give them a path to win, lose and everything in between. So, the question is: Are you human?
