Having a growth mindset, and when applicable, opening yourself up to being coached. I've mentioned this before, but there's a big difference between teaching and coaching. When I choose a topic and speak to it, I'm teaching you about a thing. Talking at you instead of with you. When you're being coached we get to talk through something through the lens of your lived experience and come up with solutions and new ideas collaboratively.
