In this wide-ranging conversation, Jodah and Dan tackle the topic of organizational storytelling with leadership consultants Hana Gala and Jesan Sorrells. From the issue of the atomization to the importance of being able to embrace multiple realities, the conversation brings in Dostoevsky, Nietzsche, Campus, Sartre, Shakespeare, and Joan Didion to illustrate points about the dangers and benefits of storytelling and organizational leadership. Hana teaches Hospitality Management at South Seattle College where she combines her extensive experience in applied research, data analytics, and daily business operations with her insights into somatic intelligence and embodiment, as well as the rewriting of deep beliefs and behavioral patterns.

Hana also serves as the Director of Corporate Coaching for North America in her role as a partner with the consultancy Leadership Associates based in Vienna, Austria. Hana supports her clients through the integration of neurobiology and the transformative power of art and embodiment.
