Description

Jodah and Dan discuss the latest leadership headlines over a couple glasses of wine,.

Elon has recently closed the Seattle office and asked people to work from home.  This is an almost 180 from a previous stance, where he was adamant to have his employees come back to the office. Why has he made this switch? Are their economic pressures making leaders rethink the concept of remote work?  What are the impacts to work and our communities of everyone begins to work at home more ?  These are things we discuss in the first part of the show.

In the second part we acknowledge that times are a' changing, but has leadership kept up.  What will it take for modern leadership and organizations to succeed in what seems like a rapidly changing environment. The world can often seem like a rudderless ship, without a captain.  Whether true or not, what kinds of approaches and methods are at our disposal to thrive in the chaos.
