As part of the management team, Poggy oversees programme delivery, creates partnerships with engineering employers and institutions, designs and delivers training, and contributes to the organisation's research reports.
He also represents EqualEngineers at conferences and panel discussions. He's delivered TED Talks that spotlight the human stories, the challenges, and the opportunities for cultural transformation within engineering and manufacturing organisations.
