Welcome to 66 in 365: Bible Reading for Kids! We are excited to be reading the Bible with you!! Our goal is to help our kids be engaged with the Bible every day this year and we hope that you will join us! So far we have been reading from the beginning of the bible and making our way chronologically, or in order of how it happened, through the Bible. But as we are inching closer to Easter and the Easter season, we wanted to jump ahead in the story and read about Jesus! So we will be bouncing around the gospels as we build up to the story of the crucifixion and resurrection!
Today we are reading John 6. We see Jesus fully feed five thousand with a snack, call himself the bread of life and then a bunch of his disciples desert him. Check it out today on 66 in 365!
Our question for you and your family to discuss today is: Would you follow Jesus even when it’s hard to understand?
Don't for get to practice our memory verse this week and if you want to send us a sound clip of the verse you practiced, we will add it to next week’s shows! Send it to 66in365@gmail.com This week's memory verse is John 3:16 "For God loved the world in this way, He gave[b] his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life."
