Description

1) Be patient with yourself :

   A.)  Be patient with yourself as the thoughts slow down because  

  of therapy and medication  

   B.)  Be patient with yourself as you are less impulsive and are

   daily becoming someone new

   C.)  Be patient with yourself as the world now seems to be in slow

   motion in comparison to the world viewed prior to medication,

   therapy and self-awareness

2) Be patient w/ others as they adjust to the change in your learning to advocate for yourself

   A) Be patient As you implement new strategies that you learn in

  therapy others are NOT used to your new strategies that are

  working for you

   B) Be patient As you are developing and growing, others may

   appear to be more irritated or a range of emotions that you

   missed previously BECAUSE of lack of focus
