My experience: I often found myself jump from job to job. I thought that what I was looking for should already be in the job, not knowing that what I was searching for was in inside me, but it needed to be developed and brought out through a development and refining process, and the low salary jobs I was running from had an aspect that would develop that very part of me, that would allow me to excel to where I really felt i needed to be.
