👎🏼 “Winners don’t quit. Quitters don’t win.” If we keep on quitting whenever we experience a hiccup along the way then, we’d go nowhere. Quoting Muhammad Ali, "I hated every minute of training, but I said, don't quit. Suffer now and live the rest of your life a champion."

While this is true…

🙌🏻 …It is equally true that “Quitting is what makes a winner- that is, quitting on the right things.”

❌ As we start a new year, let’s take a step back and identify the right things we should quit - smoking, eating junk food, blaming others etc.

🎉 In doing this, we’d be able to make room for our new goals in 2019.
