This week we were humbled to sit with reality TV star, manifesting genius, entrepreneur & investor, and sustainable farmer @tarzan_survivor_au
Mark Herlaar has risen to the opportunity of fame through starring in multiple reality TV shows (Survivor being one of the most well recognised), and has used his stardom to spread a positive message and leverage his business.
Mark spent multiple years just “breaking-even” as a farmer, particularly with limes, where the vast majority of the demand came from bars & restaurants. With the Coronavirus impacting these businesses heavily, it consequently affected, Mark and the family business. They had to find an alternative to keep them above water (excuse the pun).
The solution: gaining a water licence to draw from a natural water source from their farm, add their all organic on-farm ingredients, and produce a Kombucha drink called ‘Manifest Kombucha’
