After being diagnosed with Meniere’s disease and vestibular migraine and seeing dozens of doctors and beginning to question myself, I knew if my symptoms were going to improve, I had to take some control. I had no idea what that would look like so my journey began. With the right tools, support and mindset I believe you can live a rewarding life, yes it may look very different than the one you dreamed of, but it can still be beautiful.
