As we’ve been reporting in our Heads and Shorts on Community Drive, nurses across the state have today gone on strike, demanding better staffing levels in public hospitals. This morning, Community Drive's Liam O'Connell went along to the rallying point to speak to some of those protesting inadequate conditions in public health. The protests began in Machattie Park at 9am this morning, where Western Organiser for the New South Wales Nurses and Midwives Association, Tracey Coyte, rallied nurses from across the city.
Liam also spoke to

- Nurses Tess Cornton, Dale Peenycuick, Megan Bisson and Rana Stephan
