The old - outdated and even unhealthy ways to communicate use to include the silent treatment, being passive aggressive, or bully energy.
As we become emotional mature, we understand our emotions better. we learn more about ourselves, and we can express ourselves even better. We can use all of our emotions to gain clarity and understanding.
Emotions are not the enemy. Emotions are information. Emotions are wonderful resource to help us gain more awareness. The more awareness we have the better we will be able to communicate. We can release old communication style of silent treatment, passive aggressive or bullying. We can bring in more honor, respect and allowance of ourselves and others.
