Last night, I had a dream about a classroom filled with kindergarten or first grade students. Within the dream, there was a unique tool called the emotional hat that was used when a child misbehaved or acted out. By placing the child on a chair with the emotional hat, they were able to better understand and come to terms with their emotions. The emotional hat provided a safe space for children to express their feelings without fear of judgment or shame. During the dream, a girl named Cindy was feeling sad and was placed in the chair with the emotional hat. The emotional hat song was sung to her, which helped her to identify and express her emotions. This approach to teaching children how to understand their emotions creates a healthy relationship with their feelings and can prevent them from suppressing or hiding them.
Upon waking, I asked my multidimensional self how adults could benefit from using the emotional hat. The response was to imagine wearing the hat ourselves when we become triggered or confused. By using the emotional hat to identify our own emotions, we can develop emotional maturity and choose how we respond to situations. This can lead to better understanding and compassion for others, creating a more supportive and unified community.
The summer solstice seems to indicate that we can leave denial behind and embrace our emotions as a tool for growth and development. By becoming more self-aware, we can build a stronger sense of unity and support for one another. The emotional hat serves as a valuable tool for both children and adults to better understand and express their emotions.

Having intuition means having a direct connection to knowledge or following that knowledge. If your intuition reached out to you, would you answer?
