Idolatry is one of the sins that is terribly detested by God. It is a terrible thing to abandon the living God and worship idols that are the works of men. It is greatly loathsome to God, and He goes to great lengths to prove to individuals who engage in such their stupidity and foolishness. This is the focus of today's Daily Devotional which examines the danger and the destruction that usually accompany the sin of idolatry, and admonishes all to run away from every appearance of idolatry as God does not take kindly to such an evil act.
