Jesus' advent brought the light of God into a world that had been given to darkness by the operation of the devil. The devil took over the affairs of the world after making man to rebel against God, and in the process, he brought darkness into the world. Today's Daily Devotional emphasizes the love and goodness of God that brought back God's light into the world through our Lord Jesus Christ, and has made those who believe in Him to become an extension of His light to the world.
