The Bible is very clear on the truth that Jesus Christ was in the world to destroy all the works of the devil in the lives of men. He came so that all mankind could become free from his power and the accompanying power and dominion of sin. Today's Daily Devotional is equivocal on this truth that the coming of Jesus has set free everyone who believes in this redemption work and appropriates it into his or her life.
