A good study of the Bible reveals a particular pattern that the devil employs in attacking the human race, especially in attempting to make believers in Christ to fall out of favour with God. The devil specializes in tempting men, especially believers, into sinning against God through the lust of the eyes, through the things they see or take pleasure in looking at. This is the focus of today's Daily Devotional; it admonishes all to walk in the Spirit so that they do not become victims of the devil through the lust of the eyes. January 21, 2025.
