God is known, over the ages, to call individuals into His service and to equip them for the mission or calling that He has called them into. Examples abound in the Bible of individuals that God called out of their families or vocations and anointed for specific tasks and missions. Today's Daily Devotional draws attention to this special calling on individuals and makes it clear that God is always faithful in honouring such individuals who respond positively to such calls, and admonishes all to always see a call to serve God as a great honour from God.
