Longevity is the desire of everyone as everyone desires a long life and none desires a short life or premature death. This makes longevity a topic of important discussion and one that is not easily ignored or waived aside. This is the subject of today's Daily Devotional which makes it clear that as much as everyone desires a long life, none has a direct control on how long he or she lives as only God determines the birth and death of an individual.
