It is a reminder that the coming of Jesus is real and that Jesus will be returning in glory and with power. The Devotional admonishes all, especially believers, to be prepared and not be caught unawares or unprepared as Jesus' coming will usher His people into an eternal home and habitation with Him in His Kingdom.
